RIP infinite starsurge procs.

 

Honestly this nerf actually makes me happy. I was sick of seeing brainless 550 backpedaller boomies around. Each bg min 5 balance, in WPVP you only see balances.

The boomy's on this server have low proc chance since i play one and i have 32% crit chance and whenever i multi dot a target i get barely any procs.

 

Same goes with the single target, i sometimes get lucky and whenever i use Engineering enchant for hands combined with Natures Virigl i get like 8 - Procs in a row *But the point is that the starsurges Barely crit too*

 

But i am playing on x100, it may be different from xFun, but however boomy's here are not the best and the proc engine should be fixed.

The more targets you DoT, the less procs you should get. Read the tooltip.
