You have posted it in wrong section, please make a thread here > http://forum.pandawow.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=167 But you won't need it for this problem because all you need to do is Get a new tome and restart the progress. The quest is working because i have seen a lot of people which have Green fire. Also you can ask someone in game to help you with the quest if you fail second time.
