How you tried to solve the problem: I tried fixing my character on the site, fixing the achievements at the special NPC in Dalaran. Also tried in-game ticket, the GM told me to report it on the forums. P.P.S This is my main, I don't have any of those mounts on any of my chars. If anything is wrong with my post tell me before closing thread, I'll gladly update it. Deielrion Posted March 10, 2016 Share Posted March 10, 2016 My guess is you got the achievement and the mount via mail but you failed to get it in time. You'll probably have to wait for an admin that can actually make a decision. No point trying the achievement npc since you've obviously already got the achievement. You'll probably have to wait for an admin that can actually make a decision. No point trying the achievement npc since you've obviously already got the achievement. That's not true, I checked my mail right after getting the achievement, but it was not there. I just didn't report on the forums instantly, because I was too lazy. The only thing which happened so far is that i didn't get the title from Lei Shen on HC mode but it was because achievement isn't working. There's nothing which i can do as a moderator to help you gain those items but if i think of something new which you can try i will tell you here.
