He's 2.8+ or something as dk, but I'm pretty sure this guy isn't Sadmana. I think he used to do 2s with Misty but idk.

I have a feeling you're just going to report any dk that can stack necrotic properly. Anyone decent can stack fat necrotics but Sadmana had it up all the time, this guy doesn't.
