Description of the problem : I used http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=48707/anti-magic-shell and afther 1 sec lock feared me when my http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=48707/anti-magic-shell was on

http://imgur.com/kBEQ7BN and here when lock already casted and i was in http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=5782/fear during http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=48707/anti-magic-shell was on .

This isn't a bug, this is just what the CCDelay mechanic is. It makes people capable of mutually CCing each other at the same time, or in that case, AMS getting cast at the same time as you get feared, thus having you feared in AMS.

i use antimagic shell , then he fear me, what are you talking about?

Easy to test. Pop AMS and fear him 1 second before AMS is finished. (to prevent ANY issues regarding clint=server sync)

If fear lands, it's a legitimate bug report.

It's also not just lock fear. It's also Combustion, warr fear, priest fear etc. I mean.. some time ago all of this shit worked. properly. How the F can it be bugged now ?

i can't fear through AMS either tho lol

there is a lil bit of delay on spells like that tho, for an example if you use Spell Reflect about 0.1 sec before you get cloned / sheeped it still goes through (which is not lag, i play with 5 ms and i get that on my alt warrior), so basically you get cc'd when you still have reflect up.
