[Item] Mantid Sky Reaver not supposed to be soulbound, cannot send to other character

Greetings, PandaWoW, nickname is Keeperutx, and this is basically my first post on the forums. :)

 

But, I have an issue with the following item on my alt account, named "Domyz" on PandaWoW-X100:

 

 

I have two of these weapons on my warrior, Terrorfang. I recently stopped twinking with her and now want to move the weapons to a different character.

 

All is fine apart from the fact that I can't move either weapon from my warrior Terrorfang to my rogue, Einna.

 

Mailing it says the items are "Soulbound", but the tooltip says for both that they are "Account Bound".

 

My request is simple: Just move the two Mantid Sky Reaver weapons from the "Terrorfang" character to the "Einna" Character on the account "Domyz".
