inscription problem

Hello my character Canton have a inscription skill on 600 and i am trying to learn all glyphs from researches but i can´t learn any. My friend told me when he creates a research, he learn a new glyph but i don´t. Can you please solve this problem? Edited May 1, 2016 by honz99
