Teleport Hacking in BG

1. Name of the hacker: Tbh I don't know how to type out his chinese name, but the screenshots I provide will show his name, it is in the third screenshot.

 

2. Place where the violation took place: In a game of Deepwind Gorge on the cross servers.

 

3. Description of the violation: The transgressor would teleport and pick our mining cart and then teleport back to drop it repeatedly.
