Whatever is in Overkill doesn't really matter. The hit is basically a 46k.

Touch of Death is a monk execute that's only usable on player targets that have less than 10% health remaining (as opposed to most class executes which are usually 20% and low health vulnerabilities which are usually 35%). It ALWAYS deals exactly your entire health pool in damage, but that doesn't matter, because you were already under 10% health to begin with.
