5)I lost 100 rating. I just think that he have lags or something like this. But then check chat msg and he writing to enemy "gogo" and staying and do nothing.

It's calling wintrade... I think he speaking with enemy for intentionally feeding them (so u can ban them also because they know about feeding Выше)

enemy see he just staying and do nothing. its calling wintrade.

he intentionally feeding enemy.

everyone know that he got glad rank by wintrade ( in last season he paying bonuses for enemy so enemy wintrade for push his rating). and i wrote about this.

he going mad after this and trying to ruin my rating. i lost 100 rating ok.

so delete his glad rank, reset his rating, ban for 30 days.

follow rules.
