Guardian spirit

Recommended Posts

Problem solved:

I'll post here a picture of the tooltip's description. Even if it were to be affected, the amount of healing received from outside sources as well as the total heal given if the Spirit dies renders Battle Fatigue of no effect whatsoever due to the fact the 60% received neutralizes the 60% reduced. That leaves 50% healing nonetheless.

Then http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=48743/death-pact also shouldn't be affected by battle fatigue following your argument, so i should heal 50% of my hp (335k) with death pact. Its that what u mean?

Tell me, because if that's true http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=48743/death-pact is bugged.

http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=19236/desperate-prayer also would be bugged, cuz atm is affected by battle fatigue

http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=109304/exhilaration also would be bugged, its also affected by battle fatigue.

All this % heal spells area fected by battle fatigue, but not http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=47788/guardian-spirit, and you are the retail player that knows everything how should be? lol u are so sad

What I can say for sure is that Ember Tap is affected by Battle Fatigue eventhough it's % heal. And obviously it is supposed to be affected. Same goes for most other %heals. I think it was individual you can't say all %ual heals should be affected. Shit like Second Wind (sadly) was not affected for example. Desperate Prayer was affected by it which was the main reason why it never got used on retail.

For guardian i can say that it healed more than 20% when triggered.... CBA proofing it. Find a vid and gg.

wtf is going on here

No. Pujo, without battle fatigue, DKs would be even more impossible to kill. So would healers. So, the only one that should be fixed is Guardian Spirit, because it's supposed to be affected by battle fatigue.

Thats exactly why i made this post, but someone started saying guardian spirit is the unique spell not afected by battle fatigue..

I'll look it up. Only thing that can be done and maybe I'll find an answer on an old Retail forum or something.

Edit: So according to what I found here, http://us.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/10093369370, I stand corrected. It is apparently NOT supposed to be affected by Battle Fatigue. Pretty old forum entry from Retail, but it checks out.

Then any % of maximum heal healing spells have to be like that. Cuz same heal mechanics.

Guardian spirit is similar to ursoc in his working, it doesnt work as heal, and yes an life gain. Invalid report.

http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=48743/death-pact

http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=109304/exhilaration

Then all of this spells also shouldn't, cuz works like guardian spirit, specialy death pact that has the same 50% hp tooltip ,but they all actually are decreased in pvp combat.

Or all are afected or none of them..

You clearly didn't even read the link I posted, Pujo. Guardian Spirit IS NOT supposed to be affected. The other three clearly are because they're heals that take effect immediately whereas the healing of Guardian Spirit does not. Pujo, I'm not about to have to deal with the possibility of never being able to kill a DK because I can't somehow do more damage than he can heal, which was the whole point of Battle Fatigue. Ultimately, there have to be spells that Battle Fatigue affects and some that it doesn't or it's a useless passive and all classes end up not being able to kill each other because they can't do more damage than the opposition's heals.

Look, guardian spirit shouldn't be affected by battle fatigue because it wasn't in s15.

Now, it's not "either all not affect or all affect jajjajajaja".

Think of Guardian Spirit as a death mechanic. It's effect only triggers on death. And what does death do? Remove all buffs/debuffs. And what is Battle Fatigue? An invisible debuff. So it gets removed on death and THEN the effect triggers. Get it now?

Then again, blizz might have had a different reasoning.
