3. it should stack charges and then do the dmg according to formula , procs depends on class, for example

FERAL > [33.16 + Haste]

FURY > [24.22 + Haste]

BM hunt > [18.31 + Haste]

..etc.

o ya , its implemented.. but doing 0 dmg :/

My recount in 2minutes on my rogue aoe fight it only did like 3k dmg and procced around 15-19 times and 1 hit did 300 damage.

I think dev messed up with formula, Lightning Strike proc should do 280+75% of your Attack Power Nature damage. Apparently they forgot about that 75% AP which is major part of damage.

seems like , even tho proc chance seems to be fine , can u report that dmg ?

This gem is completely bug, need script is realy important, this gem proc, but damage are realy low O.o 370 damage in pve, ( normaly, this hit min 20k ~~ ) :(
