Can't send account-bound items.

I'm trying to send Crown of Eternal Winter, which is account-bound, to my other character on the same account but it basiclly says that the character I'm trying to send it to isn't on my account, but it obviously is.

How about you try to send it to other character, then from that other character to desired character?

Maybe it will work, if not wait for GMs reply because its bugged.

Probably won't work, happened before with another character I bought, seems like it just happens to characters I've bought.

Might be possible, if the claim is true then it's bugged. Wait for GMs response.

I was about to ask if you have bought the character, since i had the same issue.

 

I think that some time needs to pass until you are able to send BoA items to your bought characters.
