And i've talked with Zeox, Neff, and Kofeek already, they all said Shadrissa is who's gonna take care of my problem, so it's worthless to post there...

I can't solve this problems if some char was sold several times. Actually I don't solve so problems at all. Only help with account access / email changes / phone nubmer etc. I'm sorry.
