Passive armour 5% bonus for stats

1. Name of bugged spell: Mail/Leather/Cloth specialization http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=86529/mail-specialization http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=86531/leather-specialization ETC.

2. Description of the problem: This passive spell is not learned on some of the characters i've created

3.How it should work: It should give a 5% bonus for a primary class stats, for example Agility, Intelect, etc when you have a specific armour type equiped in all slots

4.Date when you tested it: 17.07.2016

5.Realm: Fun

6.Priority of the problem: The spell is not automaticly learned so no damage bonus in pvp

Test it again and you will see that you get 5% on every single gem / enchant/ item

Doesn't work, I tested it on x100 and it doesn't work.

It does work. Tested it by myself and instead of 60 int (for example) i got 63 (gem)

 

Even when ur procc trinket proccs ull see its more as you see in the tooltip (look in ur stats,not on your buff

It's a visual bug.

After latest update, all similar spells are disabled in spellbock (as i know, it required for fix some exploits).

But they are gives a bonus correctly.
