And demo lock don't even have this spell, its replaced by another one.

зайка1678974454 Posted January 22, 2017 Posted January 22, 2017 Not to sound like a biased Affli or anything, but this should be like 6 or 7/10 because RoF isn't a major damage ability, you often utilize it vs stealth cleaves or just as AoE where 3k more or less doesn't really matter.

RoF is RoF, i didn't saw anywhere saying destro having less spell power benefit. The spell says 25% spell power + x points, which is not how its on pwow atm (at least for destro, didn't tested with afli)
