Account stolen

Account name, which has been stolen: Accre

 

The realm (x10/x100/Fun): 100X

 

Nickname(s) of your stolen character(s): Dario (undead male warrior), Krandyze (hunter, male troll), Sensplus (undead male rogue), Mottaka (shaman, orc female). The account is full of characters, but i remember the names of the ones i played most.

 

E-mail, which was registered by above account: Savetwo12@yahoo.com

 

The time of your last visit to the game. Write seperate dates and time for each account / character: I dont recall, but possibly some time around 10/17/15.

 

Your IP-address: It has changed, i live in a different place and have a different ISP. Its also been about 8 months since i played before this.

 

Nicks of people who can attest to the fact that you are the owner of the stolen account / character: Whatever guild Dario is in, that toon is an officer. I dont recall the guild name though.

 

Evidence: screenshots of the stolen character(s), common data that you think could help us: Pretty much every toon on that account was purchased off the toon market, which would have been paid for by a Chase Bank debit card that i no longer have.

 

If you have another accounts on our server, indicate them and 1-2 characters on them: Accre2 with toons Asrah, Notasrah

 

I changed the password on it some time ago (about a year probably) because i logged in and noticed one of my toons (can provide account toon names for verification of ownership, as well as the account username). i come back after a break, to play, and turns out the account is completely inaccessible, because the email is changed and i cant reset my password. When i go to send the password recovery email to the email i used for the account, it returns the message "Please fix the following input errors: User with this username or email not found."

 

I spent real money on a bunch of stuff on that account. Please make sure it gets returned. Private account info will only be furnished to authorized STAFF MEMBERS upon request.

 

Upon further research, i found that account "viktor71101" was listed as the receiving party of an attempted transfer of a character, from my account. The same day, i did a password reset thing through email after noticing the email with that notification.

Well, first of all, try to describe me the situation, cuz it's your the 3rd thread about account problems created by different user names. And I see the same IPs for all of this.

Youre full of it, as this is the only account ive ever used to post on the forums. Additionally, my ONLY other accounts are literally adding a 2 or 3 to my username. Try not using IP addresses to correlate my posts. Ive moved a few times, which includes states, in the past 3 years. That 79.X.X.X IP was my place before this one. Was a friends who wanted the room back for their kid. Hes not played WoW in at least the 4~ years ive known him. Which means someone else was spoofing, or the IP listed in the threads is a lie. Also, i described the situation with the information i still remember. Ive recorded a whopping two videos.

Alright, at this point im going to assume that Panda WoW is not interested in helping me recover an account i spent about $200 on.

Look folks, toons from my account that i got there with REAL MONEY have been put on the market. Also theres proof that i had the email attached to that account.

This thread is 8 months old and ive received 0 assistance. Since i cant access the account im tempted to go to my bank and get the money back. Is this what i need to do folks?

We don't help players with hacked accounts anymore because we can't bring your characters back if they got sold/transferred multiple times.
