From what I know you are kinda forced to get down from there, but like you see on the screens they are still up even after arena started.

 

Name of the violator : Manchabr , Zdemon ( can't type the warlock's name, you will see it on printscreen )

Realm, where you saw the violation. : Arena - so I think is cross server ( both players was from fun server as you can see on the printscreen )

Description of the violation (write please in english and very clearly and understandably). : They didn't get down from there just when healer didn't had a chance to heal anymore, they just fapped there like 15 min's.

You should write what the violation is because it will be easier for the administrator or chat moderator to understand what to look for on the proof material.
