Expel harm

Problem: Expel harm does random dmg and never does this dmg like it does (screen) also it does sometimes double-triple dps like this... (this dmg happends win world pvp but sometimes i hit double in arena like this) it also shouldnt break paralysis

i think this might be caused because of battle fatigue. not sure tho.
