Hacked apparently

Issue : So apparently I went afk for the last couple of weeks after I hit r1 on ladder w noneed and I logged back today to see my mage not existing on my account , all my bonuses gone and the idiot who stole my toon being online on it and acting as if he is me.

First of all I would like to know who is the rat who hacked me so I can DDOS him forever , then get my mage restored , I don't care about my bonuses I just want my toon back I don't like an idiot having my char walking around as if he is me.
