3. Correct forumla should be:

 

AP = 1724

 

1724x6,4 /100 = 110,336 (6,4% AP)

 

110,336+51 = 161,336 (51+6,4% AP)

 

161x20 /100 = 32,2672 (mastery increase for shadow dmg)

 

So: 161,336 + 32,2672 = 193,6032 Retail Death and decay dmg with 1724 attack power

5. Prio 9,9/10, all dmg formulas should be retail, consider 20p in naked set, full 550 gear with procs would be more dmg diference.

Death and Decay is so useless that even if they buff it 100% it would still be a shit spell especially for PvP. You can lower that priority to 1 or 2 out of 10.

the ability isn't useless, the dmg is. this isnt 10/10 for god sake, like Shepard said this is maybe 2/10 or 1/10. that all the abilities dmg needs to be fixed doesnt make this bug WAY more important than other bugs.

I feel like you would report a minor glyph that worked and then bugged and then say its 10/10 bcs it worked before or should be blizzlike. Just lower the priority, DnD damage isn't even that big of a factor when it comes to pvp. Separate important bugs from less important bugs. This one is less important.
