spell: http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=108978/alter-time & http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=30449/spellsteal & http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=116011/rune-of-power

[spoiler=Issues:]* http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=30449/spellsteal steals http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=108978/alter-time

* cancelling alter time (right click the buff for instance) will now cancel the buff, it will still go back in time

* Once placing http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=116011/rune-of-power on the ground and using alter time, after alter time alters you back the rune of power buff disappears and you have to re activate the rune of power

[spoiler=What should happen:]* should not steal it, should purge (dispel)

* should just remove the buff, shouldn't go back in time

* Once placing rune of power on the ground and using alter time, when you alter back the rune buff should still be active.

should not be able to http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=30449/spellsteal alter time. it should only dispel it!

realm: x100/fun

priority: 8/10 (idk lol)

fixed

about report number 3 - i think its legit. If spell alters you out of orbs active zone - you can't get buff again (cuz you are out of active zone, obv man:shock:). But if you left your copy in that active zone and then use alter time - you will get buff;

No , look at this video up to 30 seconds,

when he alters back he still has that remaining rune of power bug and does not have to replace it.
