Restoring a deleted character

Okay, so basically what happened is i have a deleted character on my main account named Zaw, and one on my alt account named Zaw. I restored the one on my main account, even tho it was taken already. When i restored it (and pretty much wasted 101 bonuses) i logged in, and i had the name Zaw while someone else still had it, which means that there were 2 chars on 1 realm with the name Zaw. I deleted my character named Zaw so i could restore the one on my alt account for 1 bonus, but instead i had to pay 101 bonuses for it, which i naturally didn't do.

 

Can someone help me with this? Because the guy with the name Zaw (that isn't me) has only 1 hour of game time and has had so for months.

 

Could you maybe name change that character? Or allow me to restore it somehow? I wasted 100 bonuses now because of this bug.

Someone said that the reason why it is 101 bonuses is because "1" bonus is for the restore and "100" is for the Name change. Edited August 27, 2016 by Weegee

Yes, but when i logged in, there was no name change option in-game?
