My character is getting 4kms, but when i search something on google it goes so fast, so it isn't my internet, any idea?

i did reset the whole computer and logged again, still 4m ms, i'll try again later

I had similar issue yesterday, i was having 2k MS but my internet was fine,

 

I waited it out since i was busy with other things & it got fine afterwards,

 

You can try restarting your router after your brother is done.

Do what I said, it will copy data from your original folder, no need to download anything.

And there certainly wont be any need to re-install anything.
