Retail Bubble in PvP combat: 345 (this is with less gear & he has buffs). It should be around 380-450k.

It does 260k shield, wtf u saying it should do 700k for u or what, all shields/heals in game are affected by battle fatigue, no exceptions. Just pasive heals over time are increased 50%, not the shield.

no.... it was pretty high on retail too. if its not battle fatigue (cause it shouldn't affect all), then its maybe pvp power. ill add that to it
