Should cost 2,5% of 300k mana, (300.000x2,5 /100 = 7.500) should cost 7.500 mana, not 75k,

10/10, should cost 7.500 mana, not 75k, atm this spell costs x10 more than his retail mana cost.

The mana 300% increase don't affect http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=5740/rain-of-fire (just affects http://imgur.com/a/WAAep) so the mana cost should be 2,5% of 300k mana, which is 7.500 mana cost for each http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=5740/rain-of-fire use.

all mana costs reports i made where solved, the mana costs where correct, except this one, the mana cost for http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=5740/rain-of-fire is x10 bigger than it should
