Legendary quest

i've finished celestial's kill mision of the legendary chain missions, it's completed but i can´t take any other mission and don't give me other. i need that to convert my cloak into legendary.

well i have same bug with two chars, Sinnabo and Lisneli

complete all wrathions quest on timeless isle , if u have any uncompleted just abadon them and u can take q , happened to me tday i just found out randomly how to solve

Have you tried to delete the Cache folder from you wow?

 

Also have you checked the Guide on wowhead, in case you don't know after which quest to continue?

I already have the layer with another character, I was doing and checked the guide, heavenly killing and complete missions, did not give me more [ATTACH=CONFIG]118600[/ATTACH] Edited October 6, 2016 by zaramp

Sara, you must take off the quests on all your characters and do then one by one, its a rare bug. It happened to me when my first pally killed lei shen, the next quest cannot be taken, and i had like a week like that, until someone told me that.

 

So i took out all the legendary cloak quest from my other characters, and the quest appeared in the NPC.
