are Feral druids bugged on PandaWoW?

the Title says it all. I loved Ferals in MoP but i stopped playing wow in WoD tried Legion, but MoP FTW.

 

but yeh, people say that the bleed damage on this class is bugged on PandaWoW

is it true? is it That Op at is was in MoP? ^^

They are bugged in some way i cant tell you how

but they do good dps in pve atm.

Officially they are around top dps on single target on mop expac.
