Here's the definition of racism: "the belief that all members of each race possess characteristics or abilities specific to that race, especially so as to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another race or races. prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one's own race is superior." Since when does being called a taco or burrito fall under this category? Neither word is an indication of characteristic or ability of a race. It's just food. Nor does it show one race's superiority over another. And if you're a Spaniard, why would you get offended at something perceived to be offensive to Mexicans? That's just way too thin-skinned.
