You should write what the violation is because it will be easier for the administrator or chat moderator to understand what to look for on the proof material. He simply has bad gear and no halfway decent player ever faced him.

Proof: screenshots or video.

 

Comments to the situation (if it needed). If this is enough to at least bann obvious wintraders I thought it's worth a shot. Even if banning alone is pointless for this.
