Insults on a national/religious ground, racism of any sort - 3 days game account suspension. 3. Spamming: sending more than 2 the same phrases in a period of 10 seconds - 30 up to a 120 minutes. 4. CapsLock: the excessive writing messages in capital letters - 30 up to a 90 minutes. The racism takes priority in this report. Racism is punished with a ban, and caps + spam with mute. So triple rule violating.
