2. Description of the problem: Once placing Rune of power on the ground and using alter time, after alter time alters you back the rune of power buff disappears and you have to re activate the rune of power

Wow you have to recast rune of power, must be hard for you 4Head 100/10 LUL.

Really what a great bug report, lets stop fixing important things like temp shield guardian spirit or pathfinding and start fixing stupid minor bugs like this one, and while we're at it lets tag them as 10/10 cause why the fuck not.

It's the most important bug in the game atm, when you use alter time with the effect already present and alter back it fades then you have to recast it... It just takes too much time 1.5 seconds is a LOOOOOOONG ass time to use that spell even tho alter is 3m cd for people without the pvp set. Definetly 10/10 actually 10000000/10, plz pandawow stop everything you're doing and focus on fixing this bug. Not pathfinding not guardian spirit not damage tweaks to make it less retarded and more blizzlike, fix this bug first it's sooooooo important.

This is important i guess for pve, but it doeant matter as it's not in the priority list.
