7. Additional information: The visual effect is very dim it needs to be alot more brighter / visual meaning players need to be able to see the rune ( My graphics in the video was on "Ultra" so it is not a graphic problem )

Here is what i am referring to. And if you also check the very start of the video when i placed a rune of power, the buff did not get activated

about model - we have model from 5.4.7 (confirmed with sniffs), vid you linked from 5.4.0-5.4.2, maybe model was changed, idk.
