You can cast them unlimited amount of times which messes the buff up, the buff dissapears sometimes. http://imgur.com/a/AspNq 3. The spell must have a cap so that you can only place 2 down at a time, so you only have 1 buff at a time 4. 24/10/2016 5. 7/10 6. Proof: 7. Additional information: The visual effect is very dim it needs to be alot more brighter / visual meaning players need to be able to see the rune ( My graphics in the video was on "Ultra" so it is not a graphic problem ) if you look in this video you can see how it should be, from 0:00-0:10 you can see how the visual must be.
