What should happen:

 

Should break like it does to other direct hits (it should be a HP pool for it. If tou test it with Ice Lance with a Fingers of Froat proc, it will break. Think its a 5-10% HP pool before it breaks)

its like every dot, makes MLS so incredible broken. i actually always knew about this bug, but recently forgot about it. (i just remember there was a bug fix for rof for like a year ago, thought they fixed this as well, but as i said, i forgot)
