You shouldn't be able to have the flag up there. Pretty sure the bug is that your port doens't go away when you're too far away.

The place is supposed to be an area where "once leave, can't come back unless respawn point" It's impossible to get there in a legit way.

He could've been waiting next to the respawn, someone brought the flag, dropped it, he picked it up, ported up, gg.
