answer, if guardian spirit %hp heal shouldn't, also all % hp heals in game, all or any.

no and no. every spell isnt the same.

 

guardian sacrifice heal is % heal and its affected by battle fatigue, should ursoc do the same? ofc not.

Death pact is % heal, same as guardian spirit, and its reduced by mortal strike and other heal reductions, so its also bugged no?

 

Also Ember healing from destruction warlock shouldn't be reduced by mortal strike and others, cuz its a % heal too.
