Issue No.1: When you or allies (including pets) are at full health you consume healing spheres that were placed by the monk or mistweaver monk mastery spheres.

 

How it should work: If you're at full health you should not consume healing spheres or the mistweaver monk mastery version of them.

 

Issue No.2: Mistweaver Monk mastery hardly procs if at all.

 

How it should work: Should proc on X% (depends on the mistweaver's mastery) when the mistwever heals a target, himself or any friendly pets (besides shaman totems, warrior banners, lightwell and any monk statue)

 

Proof:

Generally you see the lock and the shaman and the monk walk over orbs (while they are at full health) and the orbs remain where they are without being consumed by any of them (again, when they're full health.)

Mastery should also be proccing a lot more often, MW mastery never procs here for some reason.
