SatanIncarnate Posted December 3, 2016 Posted December 3, 2016 (edited) I've looked everywhere for the Cloud Serpent Riding skill after purchasing Reins of the Heavenly Onyx Cloud Serpent. I even tried getting Exalted with Order of the Cloud Serpent. Not sure where to get the riding skill. Please help. UPDATE: Found someone elses thread that told me what I had to do.
