How do I know it's not affected by the 20% damage boost?

 

Very easy.

 

I calculated how much DPS it did without and that was around 21-23k. All I did was 20% of 23k = 4500 and 23k + 4.5k = 28600

i think its also bugged for affliction, well when i tryed this talent my single target dot dps didnt increase at all

 

its only for wrathguard.

 

just tested.
