I want to add that soon as it does damage it should give you a proc. Then from there on it should keep giving you procs as it already does.

Also it should move slowly as soon as it hits a target, here it can hit a target and go to africa.

You dont get an instant proc from hitting nothing now (thats fine) but you should get one as soon as the orb hits its 1st target. Please fix, orb is garbage atm due this bug
