Proof: This is how it SHOULD work: ^ 15:27-15:29 The rogue is standing behind pillar, mage uses blizzard, rogue doesn't get hit by the slow for some reason? but the damage is still there. Probably a latency bug. This is how it's working: I have ran a stopwatch on the delay, it should be 1 second, not 0.5, not 1.5, the delay for the damage/slow/combat should be 1.0 seconds. It's instant on PandaWoW. (THE DAMAGE ISN'T, THE DAMAGE DELAY IS WORKING HOW IT SHOULD) Special thanks for Peosilektis for telling me about the bug, Ron Willson for helping me test it.
