Важно: При починке не задеть эффект замедления в PvP, составляющий 8 секунд, в PvE - 15 секунд (скорее всего идет за счет http://db.pandawow.me/?spell=102354) и длительность дебаффа в PvE - 5 минут (все это работает корректно)

Это значит что кд сбрасывается не от FF или FS, а от Weakened Armor.
