felxtwo Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 this will get declined, you can see that his account was made on "February 2016" and he got banned only today, January 2017. ONLY creating an account right after getting banned is punishable.

ONLY creating an account right after getting banned is punishable. Mhm, idk, its a 2nd account while the first is banned, so he can still post stuff while he shouldn't because he is banned.
