Everytime i casted a hex he would get insta mass reflect, same with blood horror. Here https://www.twitch.tv/zarhoes/v/112460864 You can see that he uses the reflect quite early at 2:40 And you see him Blood Horrored at 3:31 even when he had Reflect off cd ? And at 4:42 he pops it randomly? Also i seen pally hexed multiple times without him even using the reflect. And at 7:54 he poped reflect Late after he got hexed. If it was a bot then you wouldn't be able to land a single hex (unless you reflect something else and then you do the full hex). I haven't watched through the both links since i don't have time atm, but this isn't a reflect bot. Same here at https://www.twitch.tv/zarhoes/v/112464451 1:20, if he had the bot then it would trigger by your instant cast automatically (Same case when bot user is playing against druid and it activates on NS) Declined.
