Чем больше рейтинг скорости лока, тем с большего каличества зарядов http://db.pandawow.me/?spell=122351 может сработать баг.

3. http://db.pandawow.me/?spell=6353 должен всегда попадать под баф от http://db.pandawow.me/?spell=122351, независимо от рейтинга скорости лока.

I had 9 stacks of http://db.pandawow.me/?spell=122351

 

When I reached 4 stacks after spamming Soul Fire, it bugged out. Might be a super random bug. Will do more tests later.

 

I also tested when I had 30 stacks, then it didn't bug out. Weird... very weird.
