2. Multiaccounting aka 2.16 rule

He is pujo, aka http://forum.pandawow.ru/member.php?u=44948 and http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=209914 etc. I don't want to sum. all his tryhard accounts now.

He got banned because he created fake accounts from me and Repitch. ALSO he got banned for spamming massive the General section !

Shadrissa clearly wrote that but he keep creating new accounts even though he is banned (1.) and (2.) he keep spamming the General discussion. He got permanently panned on main account and i please you to do something because he is simply creating new accounts to annoy the English Community. (Take 3-4 minutes and check the threads, you will see that everyone is pissed off already ... )

More than every 2nd thread (since hes banned) is from him and he keep mocking people even with his headlines. I hope you won't just decline that, i don't want to annoy Zeox with these problems, even tho he said that he perm banned Pujo already.

I also please you to do something because even tho his main account is perm banned, he will just create new accounts and spam the forum ... I honestly just dont know what to do anymore. I asked Zeox for help and he just said he perm banned him already so is there a way, like a solution how we could do it ?

If he continues GM's can ban his IP. To be honest we never do it but if someone will continue to be annoying and violating rules I don't see the reason why we shouldn't do it?

So until GM's take action I deleted useless threads in the section just to keep it clean. Of course GM's are able to see the reason I deleted the threads.

From now on me and other moderators will try to delete every thread & post he makes because first of all he doesn't have the right to visit forums at all when main account is permanent banned and of course people already complain.
