HOWEVER, if you do have Glyph of Guided Stars, then it should only do damage to targets affected by Moonfire/Sunfire http://wow.gamepedia.com/Glyph_of_Guided_Stars - Should not appear error messages when you go out of LoS Moved to Fix needs Review section

Repitchx Posted February 14, 2017 Posted February 14, 2017 Now it damage targets only if thay in combat with you. It's bug? Starfall only does damage when you have moonfire/sunfire dots out right now. Didn't test combat. I only tested the dots. Maybe someone else from QA can test that part.

Repitchx Posted February 15, 2017 Posted February 15, 2017 Need proof. Actually, this is fixed. Did some research. This actually made no sense to me at first, as I've never seen a spell not hit NPCs outside of combat I will test the bug you fixed with error messages right now as we speak.
