It's the same with a Hunterpet, if you cs it, the hunter cant use roar of sac. Or did you mean after the cs ? Spell Lock should obviously never bug out aka getting used without an actual action of the spell. It's the same kind of bug like on retail with the "invisible gateway debuff".
