1. Vanish & Howl of Terror & Psychic Scream

2. When you use Vanish with DoTs up and you get feared your stealth won't break. Also during Howl of Terror/Psychic the first initial DMG effect will not trigger Sutblefuge which it should.

3. After Vanish buff ends stealth should break->Subtlefuge should proc ( this bug only occurs with Subtlefuge specced)

Crowd control shouldn't force stealth breaking, if it had been applied on a rogue during vanish effect and after applying stealth on the rogue it shouldn't be broken or the subterfuge forced. If you meant opposite to this^ - you were wrong.

Subterfuge/Stealth breaking should be forced only in case of the damage taking(Absorbed damage doesn't count) or getting CCed during the stealth effect.

I don't see any proofs of yours. You just invented it.

But, yeah, there's a bug that you DON'T get the subterfuge even after getting CCed in stealth. The same is true for some abilities like Typhoon/thunderstorm. You should get stealth breaking if they have hit you.

Pretty much this: Vanish gives you 3 sec stealth improvement, causing dmg not to break stealth. Frost Nova should not get you out with vanish as well, I guess it's the same for HoT and PC (not sure), but it's 100% for Frost Nova (already have a video of that from Retail). However, after 3 sec and if you have dots, it should proc Subterfuge.

 

So you have a total of 6 sec of stealth (Vanish + Subterfuge)

 

I hate Subterfuge and stealth mechanic. It might sound easy, but it's complex as hell to fix and to make the devs understand.

Are you blind? Look at the GIFs before you try to speak english.

However to be fair the report is hard to understand because it has different conditions.

 

I didn't want to create 3 different reports for stealth not breaking when it should. I'll explain later if needed.

It's not.

Except of this: Not that long ago rain of fire did trigger subterfuge with its damage, but by now it doesn't. What has happened to it?

Instant2 min cooldown
Allows you to vanish from sight, entering an improved stealth mode for 3 sec. For the first 3 sec after vanishing, damage and harmful effects received will not break stealth. Also breaks movement impairing effects.
