I think the radius is smaller. Should be 10 meters. As a sap rogue (too 10m). But the rogue can use sap 2-3 meters from the Flare. Standing behind Flare. We test it with hunter.

Yes, but I told you in previous report that it is not only for link. it is a general bug. you have many spells that do not have the right radius.

When you flare and a rogue vanishes / goes stealth, if he walks into it lower than 2 secs after, he gets infinite stealth for the rest of the game unless he uses stealth again.
